California Three Percenters is a statewide organization of patriotic citizens dedicated to serving, protecting, and improving our communities and country. We are not a militia but a network of like-minded individuals who value freedom and liberty. Our members come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique skills and training to share and learn from one another at a local level.

Mission Statement: Self, Family, Community

Our mission is grounded in three core pillars:

Self

We prioritize our own moral strength and self-readiness, continuously seeking opportunities for physical and mental improvement.

Family

We ensure the safety and well-being of our families and loved ones by developing essential skills such as prepping, first aid, and survival readiness.

Community

We actively serve our community by providing safety, assistance, and support to our fellow citizens, partnering with local resources to promote a positive impact and foster community growth.

Our Principles

Every member of the California Three Percenters adheres to the following principles:

Moral Strength

Acting with integrity, honesty, and high ethical standards.

Physical Readiness

Maintaining the physical ability to meet any task’s demands, with exceptions for those with disabilities.

No First Use of Force

Adopting a purely defensive stance, never being the aggressor.

No Targeting of Innocents

Ensuring that innocent people are never intentionally harmed.

Our Commitment

We are committed to upholding the Constitution and defending our freedoms and liberties. We believe in a government that is “of the people, for the people, and by the people.” While we strive for peaceful resolution of grievances, we are prepared to defend our Constitution, our country, and our communities when necessary.

Membership and Structure

Being a Three Percenter is a way of life, not just a membership. We do not charge fees or dues. Instead, our operations are funded through member donations and legal fundraising efforts. All our activities and roles are managed by volunteers, ensuring that no member receives a salary from the organization.

We have a structured leadership comprising State Leads, Regional Representatives, and various officers responsible for training, vetting, administration, and local coordination. Leadership positions are filled through elections and are subject to term limits to ensure fair and effective governance.

Training and Community Involvement

Our members are encouraged to acquire and advance skills in areas such as firearm safety, marksmanship, radio operations, physical fitness, first aid, land navigation, and understanding of the Constitution. We emphasize continuous learning and mutual teaching within our community.

We organize regular events, training sessions, and meetings to build trust, network, and enhance preparedness. These activities help unify our members and ensure we are ready to support each other and our communities during challenging times.

Our Legacy

The California Three Percenters are inspired by the spirit of the original 3% of American colonists who stood against tyranny. Today, we uphold their legacy by being a resilient, prepared, and morally strong community dedicated to protecting the freedoms and liberties granted to “We the People” by our Creator.
